A New Chapter for Rotary in Europe

The international Rotary clubs of Europe share a distinctive role within the Rotary movement, bringing together people from different cultures, countries and professional backgrounds through fellowship and service.

IRCE 2026 brings these clubs together in Rome to strengthen connections, exchange ideas and explore new opportunities for cooperation across Europe.

On 10 October 2026, at the Faculty of Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome, participating clubs will work together towards the Founding Manifesto of the International Rotary Clubs of Europe (IRCE) — a shared framework for values, cooperation and future joint initiatives.

The IRCE Founding Manifesto

The Founding Manifesto of the International Rotary Clubs of Europe (IRCE) will be one of the central outcomes of the Rome meeting.

Developed through the contributions and discussions of participating clubs, the Manifesto will establish a shared foundation for future cooperation among International Rotary Clubs across Europe.

• Shared Vision
• Joint Projects
• Stronger Rotary Voice
• Intercultural Exchange

A declaration of shared values, common goals and mutual responsibility — creating a foundation for continued cooperation beyond Rome 2026.
